Esongo Group Papers was established in 2007 and has more than 18 years’ experience in the stationery industry. We supply schools, offices, commercial companies, print shops and resellers with A4 copy paper, thermal and bond till rolls, continuous paper, toilet paper and garage rolls.
Buying A4 copy paper wholesale is the simplest way for South African offices, schools and resellers to cut their printing costs. Instead of paying retail prices per ream, you buy by the box or pallet directly from a supplier that stocks the brands you already trust. As a paper wholesaler in South Africa, Esongo Group Papers has offered A4 copy paper wholesale from Mossel Bay since 2007, and we offer A4 paper delivery to every province.
Not sure which paper to choose? All our paper is cut to the international ISO 216 A4 size of 210 × 297mm. For everyday office printing, 80gsm A4 copy paper is the standard: it feeds smoothly and has good opacity for double-sided copies. For high-volume printing, such as schools and call centres, 75gsm or 70gsm paper lowers the cost per page. Brands like Typek and Mondi Rotatrim, made by Mondi, are South African favourites, while Double A and Navigator are known for their premium brightness.
Our A4 copy paper wholesale prices depend on the brand, the gsm, the quantity and your delivery town, so every order gets its own quote. Resellers and repeat buyers get the best rates, and new customers get 5% off their first order. Do you need paper in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Eswatini or Lesotho? We arrange cross-border delivery too.
